Welcome! I’m Vanessa, the founder of The Passionate Investor. The purpose of this platform is to share insights and resources for you to sharpen mind and become a more confident investor. Over time, with magical compounding of our diversified investments, I believe that everyone can live a meaingful and passionate life with financial freedom.

Graduated from NYU Stern School of Business, I have always been passionate about developing new business ideas, investing and connecting with like-minded people. With 5+ years of professional expertise in Fintech, hotel development consulting and real estate, I bring a unique perspective to the table. One of my most memorable work experiences related to investing is attending the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholder Meeting in Omaha; it is indeed the “Woodstock” for passionate investors.

Having successfully led and managed 15+ hotel development and hospitality projects during my time at EHL Advisory Services, I have honed my negotiation skills, market analysis abilities, and strategic planning acumen. Now, I’m channeling that passion for properties and unwavering enthusiasm into my role as an investor and real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty in Minnesota, helping people discover dream homes and build wealth through savvy real estate investments.
